Dedicated Driving Flex

Dedicated drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. Unlike our other dedicated accounts, our Dedicated Flex position offers a good balance of driving for a variety of dedicated customers all while enjoying the benefits of a flexible work schedule.

Dedicated Flex Drivers may also be asked to drive within Averitt's other driving divisions, including regional or local LTL deliveries, among others, depending on business levels.

If variety is what you are looking for and like a little bit of change mixed into your workweek, a Dedicated Flex position would be a perfect fit for you.

The recent pay increase is a nice perk too, experienced and trainee Flex drivers a verage $90,000 per year with a guaranteed minimum of $72,800 per year (if available to work the entire week); that's an a verage of $1,700 per week with $1,400 guaranteed minimum each week for experienced drivers.
