Q: How do you approah recruiting? What is your style?
Jeremiah: My focus is on building trust and ensuring drivers find opportunities at Averitt that align with their needs. Effective communication is key—it's a two-way street. By actively listening to drivers and understanding what they’re looking for, we can match them with roles that suit their skills and goals. Retention is just as important as recruiting, so we strive to create an environment where drivers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their careers.

I also like to track other metrics like response rates, social media engagement, and referrals - as they indicate the impact of my recruiting efforts.
