Ron Washburn started with Averitt as a regional truckload driver and has since worked as a shuttle driver and now is part of a team! Ron is excited that Averitt allows drivers to move into different positions as their needs change over time.
Ron's only wish is that he'd "found Averitt 25 years earlier" in his career!
