On Tour Logistics (OTL) supports concert tours, sporting events, and just about everything entertainment-related. The OTL team needs friendly, personable drivers who enjoy meeting new people and who have the desire to commit to multi-week runs. OTL is more than just bumping a dock; it’s teamwork and building relationships with everyone on tour. It’s a family.

Production

Production runs average 7-21 days and are one-time moves that can be one-ways or round-trips, and could include layovers.

Tours

Tours average from 10 days to 10 months - it just depends on what the customer or entertainer needs.

Regional

When entertainment needs slow down, you won’t! Drivers move regional shipper freight when they are not running production or on tours.

Strap into the world of, Ignite the stage as, Roll like a rockstar as a Production & Event Driver.

Here's your backstage pass on how to kick-start your journey:

Pay

  • • Earn a weekly salary while on tour.
  • • Earn a guaranteed weekly minimum when hauling regional freight.
  • • Competitive pay starting at $1,800 per week (with growth opportunities); $93,600 per year.

Experience Requirements

  • • Must have 6 months of entertainment driving experience in the past 5 years to join the OTL team or you will need 30 days with Averitt.
  • • To join Averitt, you will need a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, including 6 months OTR.

Schedule Requirements

  • • Tour durations average 10 days to 10 months.
  • • Production runs last 7 to 21 days.
  • • In this industry, customers change delivery times and even book tours and production loads at the last minute. Must be flexible.

Other Requirements

  • • Ability to follow directions and communicate with fleet manager and/or lead driver.
  • • Completion of flatbed certificate and hazmat endorsement.
  • • Having good backing skills is a must.
  • • Must have a smartphone. Much of our communication is via email.
