How much do Averitt drivers make?
Our drivers pay scales depending on the type of driving role they are in and the location in which they are domiciled. For example, regional and dedicated drivers are paid a specific rate by the mile, and their weekly pay is calculated by multiplying “rate per mile” x “number of miles driven.” Other pay items include minimum miles, stop pay, and detention. In addition to mileage pay, we also offer per diem and additional benefits that make driving for us one of the most competitive in the marketplace! Our city, shuttle, sleeper shuttle, and some dedicated drivers are paid hourly and varies from location to location and dedicated account. All of our positions, whether driving or non-driving, are paid weekly. For more details about the breakdown of driver pay, read more here.
